End-to-end Booking Management

Bookings are the cornerstone of Tankly. Every piece of work you do can be considered a booking, and Tankly provides a super-simple interface for you to manage them.

Customer Widget

We provide a widget that can be either embedded in your existing website, or used stand-alone that allows your customers to make bookings online. This can completely remove the need for you to be on the phone.

Your customers can even upload a photo or two that shows how to access the tank.

Depending on your configuration, you can force the customer to pay up front, or if you'd rather adjust the pricing manually, then send an invoice that is supported as well.

Email & SMS Notifications

Tankly allows you to contact your customers via Email and SMS. We provide the ability for you to have templates so that your messaging is always consistent, with handy placeholders that pull in relevent information, such as the customers' name or phone number.

Easy Run Sheet Creation

You can manage all of your drivers days via our Run Sheets feature. Simply drag and drop the bookings in the order in which you'd like them completed, you can even optionally provide a fill station so your drivers job just got even easier!
Drivers not tech savvy? No problems! You can print out their daily run sheet all within Tankly.

Notes

You can create notes against a particular Booking, a Customer or an Address. This way if a customer moves houses, the notes move with them!

Driver App

Your drivers get access to our Drivers App, which is an installable app that works offline. It displays a simple to use calendar view which clearly shows where they're off to next. They can notify the customer they're on the way, mark the booking as paid in cases where it was a cash payment, and then mark the booking as complete.

Online Payments

You can take payments over the phone, send the customer a link or require the customer to pay before they can create a booking. Payments are completed using Stripe, a 3rd party payment provider, so no credit card details are ever transmitted to Tankly's servers for the ultimate in security.

Recurring Bookings

Easily create a recurring booking schedule for your repeat customers. No more scratching out events in your diary, recurring events can even be modified.

API Integrations

Tankly has been built with extensibility in mind. We know you might already be using another piece of software, that's no worries! We can integrate Tankly with any other system, provided they have an API.

We also already fully support Xero so your invoices will flow seamlessly back and forth.

Driver Tracking

Track your assets in real time, anywhere in the world. Find chances to squeeze in more bookings by seeing where your drivers are.

Pricing Customisation

We get it, pricing is complicated. Let us help. By simply setting a price against a suburb, Tankly can automatically recommend the price for an address. You can disable suburbs that are too far, or with not enough customers to warrant it.
