The email address and password combination provided will be used by your team members to log into Tankly.
From the main navigation, go to “Configuration”. Use the tabs along the top to configure the services you offer, areas you service, fill stations for the drivers, and customise the customer templates available.
Create your first Booking by going to “All Bookings” from the main navigation, and clicking “New Booking”. Enter
in all the details about the Booking including the Service required, Booking Date and Customer Details, and

bottom navigation, and click “Edit”.
From the main navigation, go to “Run Sheets”. Click “New Run Sheet” from the top navigation, select the date for
the Run Sheet and click “Create”.
Drag Bookings from the “Unassigned” column to the Driver column to assign the Driver.
Once you are happy with the Run Sheet, click “Publish Run Sheet” from the top navigation to make it live for the
Drivers on the Drivers App.
If you need to make any changes to the published Run Sheet, click “Options” from the top navigation, and
“Unpublish” (just don’t forget to publish it again once you’re done!)
As a Driver, log in to the “Driver App”. Navigate to the desired day, and click on a Booking Card. Once the
Driver has completed the service, scroll to the bottom of the Booking screen and click “Complete Booking”.
Administrative staff also have the ability to complete a Booking from the Administrator Portal. To do this,
click on the Booking Card, click “Actions” from the bottom navigation, and click “Complete Booking”.
Tankly will provide a code snippet for your web developer to add an iframe to your website where customers can
request a Booking.
Don't have a web developer? We can help you to add this to your website.
Once Step 6 is completed, a Customer can request Bookings directly from your website! When a Customer requests a Booking, it will show up for you to view in the Administrative Portal in “All Bookings” within the tab “Requested Bookings”. Requested Bookings are also visible on the “Home” Dashboard as “To Action” Items, and also in the “Requested Bookings” Table.
To accept a Requested Booking:
1. Click on the Booking Card
2. If needed, make any required edits to the booking such as Price or Booking Date by clicking “Actions” from
the bottom navigation, and “Edit”
3. Accept the Booking by clicking “Accept and Add to Diary” from the bottom navigation.
Accepting the Booking will notify the Customer by email of the Booking Acceptance along with details of their
Booking.
Accepted Bookings will show up in “Diary” with a status of “Booked”, and can now be added to the Run Sheet for
that day for the Driver to complete.
